Voici que cet article publi\u00e9 par la revue \u00ab\u00a0Arheu\u00a0\u00bb du Centre Mihai Eminescu de B\u00e2rlad, en Roumanie, n&rsquo;a pas pris une ride pour signifier l&rsquo;amour du peuple roumain pour son Victor Hugo national. Un bonheur que de voir ce texte publi\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui, 19 ans plus tard.
